Our Story
HJM Media Services was originally founded as Manchip3Media in 2015 by Toby Manchip, a dedicated industry expert with over 25 years of experience supplying the media sector with various tape formats, from audio reel-to-reel to high-definition SR tape. His passion for sustainability was sparked after the devastating 2004 tsunami, leading him to pioneer eco-friendly, recycled tape formats as an alternative to wasteful disposal.
Toby’s legacy lives on through his family, now running HJM Media Services – Digital Destruction Co., ensuring his vision for secure, sustainable media disposal lives on with integrity and innovation.
